Return, Cancellation And Refund Policy

A. RETURN WINDOW & ELIGIBILITY

1. Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items:
Products may be eligible for return within 1 calendar day from delivery if they are physically damaged, missing parts or accessories, defective, or materially different from the product description.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring correct product selection and vehicle compatibility before placing an order. Returns due to incompatibility or incorrect selection shall not be entertained.

B. STANDARD RETURN REQUEST SUBMISSION PROCESS (EMAIL ONLY)

All return requests must be submitted within 24 hours from the date and time of delivery.

Return requests must be submitted only via email to Motolith’s official support email ID mentioned on the Platform. Requests made through phone calls, messaging apps, social media, or any other channel will not be accepted.

The email must include:

  • Order ID
  • Customer name and contact details
  • Reason for return
  • Clear images/videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label

Motolith reserves the right to approve or reject any return request after verification with the concerned supplier.

C. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

Returned products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition with original packaging, labels, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories intact. Products showing signs of use, damage, grease, scratches, or dents will not be accepted.

D. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Certain products are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Electrical and electronic components
  • Parts containing circuit boards
  • Wiring harnesses and instrument clusters
  • Car body covers
  • Consumables such as air fresheners and cleaners

Defective non-returnable products may be evaluated if reported within 1 calendar days of delivery.

E. INSPECTION & DEFECT CLAIMS

All returned products are subject to inspection by Motolith’s quality team. For manufacturing defect claims, customers may be required to provide an inspection report from an authorized service center.

If a return request is rejected, the product may be returned to the customer upon request at the customer’s expense or disposed of after 30 days.

F. SHIPPING COSTS

All shipping costs, including forward shipping, reverse pickup, or self-shipping charges, shall be borne solely by the customer.

Even if Motolith accepts a return after supplier verification, shipping costs shall remain non-refundable and borne by the customer.

Refunds apply only to product value and exclude shipping, gateway fees, and incidental costs.

G. REFUND POLICY

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after inspection and approval. Refunds cannot be made in cash or to third-party accounts.

H. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Orders already shipped or in transit may not be cancelled. Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment source, excluding non-refundable charges.

I. POLICY UPDATES

Motolith reserves the right to amend or modify this Policy at any time. Changes shall be effective upon publication on the Platform.
